“Never become so focused on what’s to come that you forget to look up and be grateful for everything you already have.”

This quote couldn’t feel more true today. As a mom of three beautifully unique little souls, I’ve learned that motherhood isn’t just about guiding and teaching — it’s about pausing. Pausing in the mess, the motion, the milestones — and choosing to see the beauty tucked within each chaotic moment.

From sticky fingers on clean counters to spontaneous dance recitals in the middle of the living room, my children constantly remind me to look up. To embrace the imperfections, celebrate the small wins, and find joy in the everyday.

It’s the same lens I bring to my work in interior design — helping clients see the potential in their spaces, not just for how they could be, but for what they already are: places of connection, laughter, and life unfolding.

This Mother’s Day, I’m choosing gratitude — for the journey, the lessons, and the beautiful mess that is motherhood. Here’s to appreciating the now, while building what’s next — in life, at home, and in business.

May the imperfection motivate you this week ✨
