Winning Wednesday: Choosing Countertops? Remember Me Next Time 😉
Yesterday was one of those fun design days — the kind that reminds me why I love what I do.
We spent the morning at Cosmos Surfaces, walking through rows and rows of gorgeous granite, quartz, and marble slabs for a client’s custom farmhouse build with Ambria Properties. While they came in with a clear vision, they needed a little help navigating all the options — quality, veining, tones, and, of course, how to make it all flow with the rest of their home selections.
If you’ve ever been inside a countertop warehouse, you know it can feel a little overwhelming. Every piece is stunning, but not every piece fits the space, the style, or the budget. So we walked the aisles (multiple times!), took pictures, compared notes, and narrowed things down to what we liked vs. what we loved.
By the end, we had the perfect slab chosen for the kitchen, and for the rest of the home, we came up with three solid options that balance beauty, function, and cost.
There’s something so satisfying about watching a client’s ideas start to take shape — and knowing the details we picked today will soon be part of the everyday moments they share in their new home.
